SHUTTLE RACKING
The shuttle racking is a semi-automatic storage system composed of forklifts, racks and shuttle trolleys. The system is derived from drive-in racks, a high-density storage system that can efficiently utilize warehouse space.
The shuttle car racking system is to transport the goods to the operation channel by the forklift, and the shuttle car drives in and out to achieve the function of goods access. After the forklift delivers the goods to the aisle, it can leave for the next operation without waiting at the aisle, which can improve work efficiency. The replacement of the operation channel by the shuttle is completed by the forklift. Each working channel can reach 30 meters, and the storage efficiency is high.
